The Western Delta is an area in the northern part of Region A where a major river enters the sea in a large delta. Land in the Western Delta region is low and flat, with many rivers. The coastal areas of the Western Delta are home to mangrove forests, while the inland areas are covered in tropical rainforest and wetlands. Coral reefs grow in the waters nearby; in the Bronze Age, the Western Delta area was a major source of coral and pearls.
